MBRP Exhaust Systems & Off-Road Accessories

Not every truck driver wants the same thing from an exhaust upgrade. Some want the loudest, most aggressive system they can bolt on. Others want a deep tone without any drone on the highway. Some are daily drivers. Some are serious off-road rigs or diesel workhorses that need a system built to handle real punishment. MBRP builds for all of them, and they have been doing it for over 25 years.

At 797 Offroad, we carry the full MBRP lineup including exhaust systems, down pipes, axle-back upgrades, and off-road accessories for trucks, SUVs, and performance vehicles.

Why Serious Truck Owners Choose MBRP

Three Material Options for Every Budget and Every Environment

MBRP is one of the only exhaust brands that gives you a genuine choice of materials based on where you drive and how much you want to spend. This is not a marketing trick. Each material tier is a real engineering decision with real performance and longevity differences.

Armor Pro: T304 Stainless Steel

Armor Pro is MBRP's most durable and most premium material offering. T304 stainless steel cannot rust. It holds up in extreme climates including heavy snow, road salt, and off-road mud and water exposure. If you drive in the north, live near the coast, or take your truck off-road regularly, Armor Pro is the right call. Every Armor Pro system comes with a lifetime warranty.

Armor Plus: T409 Stainless Steel

Armor Plus uses T409 stainless steel, which offers better corrosion resistance than aluminized steel at a lower price point than T304. It is a solid mid-range choice for drivers in moderate climates who want better durability than aluminized without paying for the full Armor Pro upgrade.

Armor Lite: Aluminized Steel

Armor Lite is MBRP's most affordable material option. It uses heavy duty aluminized steel constructed to the same specifications as the Armor Pro series, making it a genuine performance upgrade at a budget-friendly price. It is the right choice for drivers in dry climates who want real performance gains without spending top dollar.

Armor BLK: Black-Coated Aluminized Steel

Armor BLK gives you the same aluminized steel construction with a black coating for a more aggressive, stealth appearance. If you want your exhaust to look as serious as it sounds without the polished chrome look, Armor BLK delivers that.

MBRP Exhaust System Types

Cat-Back Exhaust Systems

An MBRP cat-back exhaust replaces the complete exhaust path from the catalytic converter back to the tips. This is the most comprehensive bolt-on exhaust upgrade available for your truck or car, delivering the biggest improvements in sound, horsepower, torque, and exhaust flow. Every MBRP cat-back system is engineered specifically for the vehicle it is designed for, not a universal fit solution.

Turbo-Back Exhaust Systems

MBRP turbo-back systems are built specifically for diesel trucks and replace the full exhaust path from the turbocharger all the way back to the tips. On diesel applications, a turbo-back delivers dramatic improvements in power output, exhaust gas temperatures, and towing capability. With the right MBRP turbo-back system, diesel trucks can see gains of up to 18 horsepower and 28 ft-lb of torque while also improving fuel economy.

Axle-Back Exhaust Systems

An MBRP axle-back system replaces the rear section of the exhaust from the axle back, covering the mufflers, rear piping, and tips. It is a more affordable starting point that still delivers a serious sound upgrade over the flat, restrictive factory system. Everything bolts on with no welding required.

Down Pipes and Up Pipes

For diesel truck owners who want maximum performance, MBRP also builds down pipes and up pipes that replace the most restrictive sections of the factory exhaust path close to the turbocharger. These upgrades dramatically improve exhaust flow at the source and deliver real gains in power and throttle response.

MBRP Sound Profiles: Street, Race, and Off-Road

Street Profile

Street Profile is MBRP's most popular sound level for daily driven trucks and cars. It delivers an aggressive, deep exhaust note under hard acceleration without being obnoxious at cruise or in residential areas. If you want your truck to sound serious without turning every neighborhood drive into an event, Street Profile is the right choice.

Race Profile

Race Profile is MBRP's loudest and most aggressive sound option. It is built for drivers who want maximum exhaust presence at all times and are not concerned about keeping things quiet. Under hard acceleration a Race Profile system commands attention. This is the choice for track days, show trucks, and dedicated performance builds.
