Reinforced Strength Where It Matters Most: Add critical strength and rigidity to your Polaris RZR XP 1000 with Rough Country's Frame Stiffener Gusset. Designed to reinforce a heavily stressed area of the chassis, this upgrade helps eliminate bending of the lower frame tabs caused by aggressive riding, hard landings, and oversized tire setups. The added reinforcement keeps your frame straight and your suspension geometry intact under extreme trail conditions. Built for Bigger Tires and Hard Riding: Constructed from heavy-duty 3/16 inch steel, Rough Country's Frame Gusset dramatically improves front-end rigidity while doubling as a protective skid plate. This added protection shields vital components from rocks, ruts, and trail debris while handling the increased torque load generated by larger tires. Each gusset is precision laser cut for a perfect fit and finished with a durable powder coat designed to resist corrosion, chips, and the harsh elements encountered off-road.
