This linkage kit replaces the original L-bracket and retainer-clip clutch rod with an upgraded spherical rod design. This allows for full clutch engagement during heavy body and frame flex situations while off road. The factory design has a tendency to bind; not allowing you to get into gear. This kit can be used with vehicles having up to a 3-inch body lift because it replaces the short factory clutch rod.
